I somewhat dis-agree but I get your point. And I puzzle over all the acronyms in business these days. I was a Kansas real-estate licensee for many years. I am an NSA but also an insurance inspector and site information surveyor. These two sides of my business have worked very well for me for the last 20 years. Before that I worked in admin for an industrial equipment distributor for most of 23 years. I majored in broadcast management and business admin with a minor in administration of justice. Early on I was also active in flying and that pilot license began in 1966. So multi-tasking, if well organized and managed, can work well. I also know my weaknesses and consult others where I need help. Recognize and know your strengths and weaknesses and work those to your advantage.
For humor, I heard a radio talk show host with an obvious British accent, comment on the saddle sore canyon area. Hmmmm, it took me a short while to figure out what he was talking about. The place where Hemorrhoids are. So I personally don't really like acronyms, only because there so many of them, but they are interesting and fun sometimes. |
