POA's. I usually see a copy of the POA, knowing that the lender has to approve it in advance & gets the original.
I've never dealt with the "Alive & Well" form, because the lender or tc usually take care of it. IMO you did your job of signing the loan with the POA. I personally wouldn't take responsibility for the "Alive & Well" & certainly wouldn't do that without additional compensation.
As someone has already pointed out, this is usually handled through their commanding officer, etc. It seems someone dropped the ball on this one & now want you to correct their mistake. |
