... DH/partner is awaiting docs from 1st location NSA so he can sign on Wednesday. Anyway, the $450 fee Title put in the CD is common for 2 location signings. Title doesn't know if you or the 2nd Notary may have to go back, or may have stopped the signing due to lack of ID, or some other glitch. They ALWAYS boost it to cover so that Title doesn't end up having to pay out of their own pockets for extra's. The Signers are refunded the difference between combined Notary fees and that $450!
