That is why there is a "Pad" as often seen on Settlement Statements, when there is a question re future costs. If BO agrees to signing the CD for that higher amount, then refunding the difference is in compliance but NOT going back and increasing the amount of charges which flies in the face of 'transparency' which is the whole point of CD. |
