Re: Prestige Notaries pay $65 for seller pig but bill $135.
Posted by NotaryOH of OH on 3/22/18 5:55pm Msg #591484
This year, I’ve completed three seller packages in which Jennifer and her scheduler Lillie Vargas quoted $65 as their standard max fee. Jennifer waited over 60 days to pay on two of them claiming that she was waiting on payment from Rainier Title. The third one from 2/14/18 is still unpaid. Recently, I was assigned by Lillie to a $90 purchase closing. It was cancelled with me claiming that title picked a favored Notary. I called Michelle at Ohio Real Title who said yes they placed the order with Prestige but didn’t indicate any special request for any notary in particular. Michelle double checked with her supervisor and no one in particular was indicated when placing the order. Lillie made that up. Lillie, Jennifer Glover’s scheduler, stumbled on her words and rushed me off the phone when I quesrioned why I was removed from the signing. I texted Jennifer who reassigned it to me. Then Lillie sent me a notification saying the order was cancelled. All the while, I had already confirmed with the buyer and he wrote down my contact info. He will be confused.
