| I am just an employee for a company who has a strict guidelines on what we are to post loans for. You can respond for whatever fee you feel that you need to be able to do the closing and we would send off for approval for those fees. We are not forcing you to take it for the fees that we have it posted for. Travel, faxes, witnesses, package size etc. everything comes into account when negotiating the fees. Notaries often forget that we are just employees at a company and we do not make the rules or have a final say. |
