This Forum is primarily for Notaries who are NSA's. It is NOT for signing services to plead their cases. As an employee, you need to tell your employer that you will be severely criticized for offering $40.00. That's just bad for their business.
Let's face it, you offered $40.00 with the hopes that some idiot notary would take the assignment. If that indeed happened, there no doubt you would errors in the returned package. There are no winners in offering a $40.00 fee.
