Commonwealth USA Settlements via PDQ Notary

I have an assignment on Saturday and wanted to know if anyone had any information on the above agencies. PDQ had some commentary as of Sept of 2017, but nothing more recent. And there is no information on Commonwealth USA Settlements. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with the size of a standard refi package, et al.
