But since "we aren't curing cancer on the Forum," I will offer what I do know even though it's more outdated than what you already know: I have done 3 refis for PDQ Notary Inc., one in May, one in November 2016 and one last year. I was paid super promptly for all three ($100 each). The title company was Ravenswood Title in Chicago. However, it looks like, you're doing work for the law firm Marilyn worked for, in which case you might be doing a debt pkg, unless Commonwealth USA Settlements also does home loans .... ?
