Doesn't make sense, and more to the story in my opinion. 31/2 hours late maybe seemed like it? Even so, why discount a rate? I never heard of that. They would call if an issue.
Sometimes people say things you think "wow" and then "really"? I was at a closing a few weeks ago who told me it took 3 hours, and the male NSA came in and stated right away that he hated women and then demanded something to eat from her. And then of course was rude, didn't know what he was doing... Okay...but seriously? I play along, and "really" and "wow" but got to think if something like that really happens. People like to embellish over time and make mountains over mole hills. Was she paying him at her house directly? Id not, how does she know he reduced his fee. It's already worked in, if so, they would possibly have to redo the HUD or CD...you just have to laugh that stuff off, I do. |
