Re: Story of a low-ball notary ...

I hate to sound like a broken record, but will we ever accept that there is an army of notaries that just do this as an activity. Never! ??? The problem started long ago when we proclaimed ourselves "Agents" (Noun). When we are only expeditors (verb) who are commissioned Notary Publics competent in the loan signing process. There's also a similar army of notary publics trolling this activity as a legitimate "side hustle". Really, we were all lowball notaries till we weren't.
