NotaryOH said "title emailed me a copy of her two invoices for $135.00 along with proof of payment to Prestige Notaries. From these invoices, I saw that Jennifer charges the title company $135.00 on seller packages. She keeps $70.00 and pays the notary $65.00."

Jennifer, IMO you should be ashamed of yourself - for paying this paltry fee AND for keeping over 50% of the fee you charge title. Pitiful.
BTW - you texted me the other day for a signing near me - text received Monday at 4:30pm for a signing that same day ASAP. Glad I deleted it. Please remove me from your list. |
