Re: Another avenue of checking up on companies that contact

Most of your SS's will not be on Glassdoor, as a 1-5 person operation. Besides that, we are subcontractors, not employees working for them, so how they like their jobs really has no impact on us. I am sure most large lenders and title companies will rank high on Glassdoor, as they are national companies with competitive pay and benefits for their employees and follow company guidelines.
The best way to check out our companies we accept assignments for is here on SC. Doesn't hurt if you have time out of curiosity sake to snoop around if you want, but serves no purpose in our business. Glassdoor is just one of many places to get company ratings and feedback from employees, but really doesn't tell you anything about subcontractors.
You have about 30 seconds to say yes or decline a closing, Glassdoor is of no use to us. It's nice to know employees are happy, great vacations, medical, dental but we don't work there. Glassdoor doesn't discuss 3rd party vendors and how we feel and their vendor policies. jmo
