I would have adjourned, stating the client didn't understand what he was signing, and still get full trip and print fee. Be careful about reporting and such, as you don't want to get dragged into a mess you are unclear of. Nobody works for free, why would this attorney do this free of charge? Buyer's confused. jmo |
