| Gee, Harry. I don't think it would work. Just how would you charge title/mortgage companies $250? Another SS would go $230, $225, etc. You'd soon be like those already out there, cutting your fees to get the business, and then having to reduce the amount paid to notaries. Unfortunately, we have No Control over title, lenders, and signing services. We can only control what we eventually decide to accept, and hope someone will pay that. Similar to you and your situation, I'm making some moolah for travel and fun. It seems that I might have to just quit and enjoy life some other way. Lotsa luck. |
