Just the opposite ... given shrinking assignment possibilities. Generally speaking my previous $125 is now $115 ... maybe even $100 if very close by, $150 is now $135, etc. Fortunately, some of my old "reliables" still pay my old going rate, even tho costs have gone up. Nature of the beast, I suppose.
