HAHAHAHA!! Never use a drop box eh? I live in a rural area where we have no store, if I did what you did I'd have to drive an extra 60 miles every day I work. Only drop boxes will I ever use.
With that said, in almost ten years and thousands, I mean thousands of my packages have been lost/stolen/mis-delivered, etc? ZERO.
I know errors are made. UPS loses one here and there too. I blame packages losing poorly attached labels and SS errors using said boxes and not noticing the pickup time has come and gone, or a wrong time on the box. I see this instruction in some packages and I'll never do it, and I've never been burned. And per my UPS driver, he said about 200 fedex packages in my state alone are found in UPS boxes every week. For all FYI he told me when this happens, both ways, they will drop off in a correct box or staffed location per their job requirement. |
