I've had an attorney print his signature.....

and a Chinese woman that signed in Chinese characters. Conformed to their driver's licenses. Never had a problem. Had one last week where the signer had to print...."I read, write, speak, and understand the English language. I fully understand the terms of this transaction." Not only did the lender ask him to do that once, but three times. He is an attorney and by the third time the lender asked him to print this verbiage....well, he was quite po'd. Almost cancelled the loan. Sometimes just no common sense.
