| Quicken is doing e-closings. I do them. Not a big deal. Not rocket science. I have both a laptop and an Ipad with cellular capability. I just happen to have that. You can use the hotspot on your phone. Whatever. Very little data used. A website where the borrower goes through the package. They choose a signature. Click page by page. Signature is inserted. And you go on. It even lets you know if completed. The other docs. Well Quicken has so few notarizations anyway. So there you go. Still paid as if it is a regular refi with printed docs. |
