Its a hard sell getting anyone into the insurance business. For us going into insurance is probably is starting over in a new career? Starting bottom up, just like newbies here. Being a notary has nothing to do with selling insurance. It's another commissioned based profession, just like what we do only having to put in a lot more hours. Niche product not exactly sounding great unless at an airport selling travelers insurance, which people usually buy when they purchase their ticket. That was an example, I have no clue of your niche insurance product. I think you are barking up the wrong tree, and there surely could be insurance boards you can recruit from.
Like I said, literally hundreds of insurance companies looking for agents ALL THE TIME, but we are not in that profession and entirely a different industry. jmo |
