1. NSA's CANNOT push an agenda to sell anything at a closing. We are representing the title company and the lender and do our job as professionals.
2. We cannot break privacy laws which include selling insurance t a closing or leaving a card, selling leads to your firm because they just took a mortgage and ripe for the picking.
3. I personally would hate to have you as an insurance agent in fear you would be selling my information to the next salesperson down the road.
