My post was written over a couple of hours, in between interruptions, trying to grab a bite, and waiting for docs that never came. (Familiar experience for most of us, I'm sure!)
I'm glad you also addressed the issue of lazy or careless scanning. I'd forgotten about that, but those are obviously another contributor when docs formatted as letter still need to be printed on legal size. [Big pet peeve of mine...] |
