Hi Laureen, You are not a closing agent . The closing agent, is the person at the title company who reviews your signed documents that you send back to them. That term is not us. We are stricktly Notary Signing Agents. Don't get bogged down in the details we are not paid for. That is way above our pay grade and responsibility.
