Hi Arlene,

I am in S. CA., Los Angeles County. I know we are inundated with notary/loan signing agents but I've been doing this for 19 years and have experienced the slow times as well but the sudden slow down after such a busy May is very odd. I have a feeling we are all going to be slammed pretty soon. I better catch up on things around the house while it's slow. Wishing everyone many, many signings.. and remember DON'T take those LOW BALL OFFERS! Big Smile
