Re: Multiple names in one certificate

Perhaps I need to add that, even in the most lenient state, the notary could not combine names onto one certificate unless the notary met will all the signers on the same day, in the same county. In many states the notary is required to fill out the certificate while present with the signers, in which case, all the signers would have to be together during the signing.
