seriously no

Nope, not me, good lord. These people are vetted well enough for me to see them for my 45 minutes of their time. When it comes to my safety or not feeling secure, it's time to get another job, say no, meet at a public place. I don't need to look up my clients and be nosey of their history. If a serial killer wants to buy a house, he's there for one purpose, to buy a house. Not kill a middle-aged woman with her notary stamp who can be easily traced to the closing.
I am too busy to spend time researching my clients especially as busy as we are now these days. We are not realtors who meet a stranger and show them empty houses. There is a huge amount of paperwork and screening for terrorism before we ever get that far. Just me, I don't care who they are, what they did, how much money they make and never felt threatened or scared at any closing.
