the client satisfaction seems to match my frustration many times. they struggle with poor communication or rescheduled appts to sign even before I get called sometimes. I want to know how 1 company can send the docs to me a week in advance and others struggle to get them to me a week later.....I"ve had borrowers who left jobs at some of the big banks and said it was the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing way too much.
My big beef is having to sign many the same docs at least 3 times in the same package. exact same docs. do they not have a copy machine yet? it's not even the most important docs or having to write down drivers license info 4-5 times in the same package. beyond my understanding. give me a streamlined, well put together package every single day please! |
