All of the things you listed are ridiculous nonsequiturs.
What I said was that the Kavanaugh nomination was about Trump - he was nominated specifically because his views will protect Trump. None of this happened during the Gorsuch confirmation, even though many on the left still believe that was a stolen seat, because Gorsuch was actually qualified to serve. Kavanaugh is not; he has lied to Congress and displayed a total lack of judicial temperament. The ABA has withdrawn their approval of him. Over 1700 law professors have signed onto a letter saying he is not qualified. Just today, Retired Justice John Paul Stevens - a Republican who served 35 years on SCOTUS, came out and said that Kavanaugh's performance at the hearing last week was disqualifying. But the GOP will try to push this throigh because it will provide cover for Trump.
All these other things you brought up are unrelated noise that have nothing to do with Kavanaugh's nomination. If you want to set up straw men, find another corn field. |
