I so appreciate all the tips and advise. Yes, speed bumps are killers, haha. I also think it's because we basically are sitting almost directly over those rear tires so get the full effect. The tires are very wide and 15", so pretty big for a small car. My next oil change will be in about 5,000 miles; I called the dealership since the sticker was missing. That's good to know about the little wrench display. I think it rides best on the hwy doing about 70-75 mph...but like you said, you can feel the cross winds because it's so high and boxy and lighter. Years ago I had a Mercedes CLK 320, and had to go get the synthetic changes. Back then they ran about $100.00...so not sure what to expect now, even though these take less oil. Mine also came with only 1 key, so eventually would like another one made, I am sure another $150.00 for that, but worth it if two drivers or you lock it inside by accident.... I guess anyone reading our chat back and forth and on the fence or considering one, I would say yes, do it. It reminds me of my Honda CRX and old VW beetle wrapped into one, and a little more stylish. Great car for hat we do for sure! |
