I comment admiringly at cash counters, checkouts, etc. They're reading my mind anyway, so I let it fly . . . haven't gotten my eyes clawed out yet!
Speaking of eyes,
A lifetime of naturally shaped/formed brows, thin and only needed a little penciling. A few years ago (when I thought I was "grown") I go for my first plucking/shaping. Torture but nice result. Stupid me didn't know you have to keep doing it after that. Look in the mirror in sunlight and am going, "What is that little fuzz in the middle of my forehead??!!"
Crazy what we girls do sometimes in the name of beauty (norms). Haven't tried false lashes yet. My nieces are girly girls and they do all that stuff. I'd never leave the house if I held to those standards. Too cumbersome.
