Medical science is taking a reverse position on "bacteria".
Posted by  MW/VA of VA on 8/18/17 2:55pm Msg #29179
They're finding that a lot of disease is coming from unbalanced gut bacteria (microboine).
The new advice is "more bugs--less drugs". Antibiotics have been over-prescribed & they kill off the good bacteria that would allow our bodies to function properly & take care of bad bacteria.
The more sterile we make our environment the more we are weakening our bodies.
I have a friend who is a real "germaphobe"--uses bleach all the time like it's a hospital or something. The Dr. told her she needs to stop. The bleach is doing them more harm than anything else. It's also like they're living in a bubble--they get sick every time they venture out into a new environment.
