Great that you found something that worked for you and able to lose some weight and feel better.
Going back and reading my post from March it appears I changed my eating habits around Feb and started losing weight.
Most of my diet is plant based but I also add salmon and chicken for protein. I eat fruit everyday but understand that doesn't work for everyone.

Overall, I'm still eating like a pig the good stuff and keeping 25 lbs off while feeling great.
