I'm glad you enjoyed the Kiwanis BBQ Bear900. It must have been really good and hopefully raised sufficient $$ for the club's community service projects.
Smoking various meats has become a passion but now there's a problem. My son and son-in-law are also into it. My SIL just bought a fancy new smoker and last night we ate some of his first pork shoulder (pulled pork). Memorial Day weekend my son smoked a brisket. These are some of my favorite meats to smoke on my Weber Smokey Mountain smokers. But now I have to take turns.
Thanks to you and others I planted a small raised garden this Spring and we are enjoying the tomatoes. I went with raised so I don't have to bend down as much. Can anyone relate?
