I have a split signin: mtg has usual ack w/husb and wifie......I did send a nastygram as to howcome if they planned this as a split why didn't they modify the mtg ack to be separate acks for husb and wife?
Yes, I did plan to add a cert if they are too <<busy>> to repair the last page. What I plan to do is, as I am the 2nd notary, make a note at the bottom of the page after the 1st Ack to see next page and initial my note.
BUT maybe I should not make a note and just add the 2nd cert, according to the experiences listed here? My certs have a recital at the bottom as to what doc it attaches to, how many pages total for the doc, and other signers not shown above. So it will show it is to be attached to the mtg.
Question: for those who <<line out>> on other forms, just exactly how much lining do you do? One slash across? |
