You ought to consider having a stamp made at Staples or wherever that reads something like:
"California compliant certificate attached." Or: "California compliant acknowledgement or jurat attached."
Stickies are notorious for falling off and ending up at the bottom of the FedEx/UPS envelope, never to be seen.
Also, a stamp is more professional, not to mention you don't have to fill out the stickies anymore!
Also, do you have a CA jurat stamp? I think NR sells them. They make quick work out of noncompliant jurats, so you don't have to attach a separate loose-leaf; and there's usually room on the doc. |
