There is a difference between Trump and the others, however, there are no free passes. How do you know they didn't do it intentionally? Because they claimed innocence and didn't know? That is neglect then. Guilty Does doing something unintentionally have less of a crime than someone who did it intentionally? First, you have to prove those intentions were heinous. Just thinking about doing something wrong, doesn't mean you did. Until you do, the crime is the same. Neglect Nothing wrong with my critical thinking, I think both sides of the equation, just not my opinions. Trump, if aware obviously had some intent going on, but you have to prove it, or it's just like the rest of them. Just because he didn't cooperate doesn't mean anything, the Government was out to get him for a long time, or in his mind anyway. Resisting doesn't look good for him, but it's his right to. jmo |
