I was asked to do a closing for someone who was tested positive for Covid a few weeks ago. Nope.
I don't want to be exposed, I don't want to be a spreader, I don't want to be thinking in the back of my mind all the ramifications.
I give them 100% props for full disclosure but made me upset that they even asked. I don't like saying no, and that stayed with me a long time. I took it personally that they had such little regard in the first place to even ask and jeopardize others for the sake of closing a loan. We have RON here just for that reason. |
