I don't suppose they were able to get a test to know for sure (at least for as accurate as some of those tests are...) If you can, a face shield on top of your mask would be a good idea. Also, I'd request an outside signing. I'm not sure where in the state you are, but around here, if the wind dies down, it should be a beautiful day.
I've turned back at least one where the borrowers advised me they'd just received a positive diagnosis. Everyone is different, but at this stage in my life, I'm not taking any chances.
