Yes, this is very scary, I have made the decision to sign with them, they need this loan. I am going to take all the precautions as I can. Also, Title knows and is paying me nicely. But just a note to all the cheap a$$ ss, we are on dangerous ground, and the $75.00 notaries out there, Pease know your worth.
