My mistake, I fix it, their mistake they have to pay a trip fee. I will say however for my besties I have given them professional courtesy and not charged them if close by, but those are from my top-tier companies who use me a lot. Sometimes that little extra goes a long way. It rarely happens, if ever. If consistent, you have to charge them.
