They don't expect it, but it's a professional courtesy. Sometimes if I make a mistake and they do not deduct me or make me pay for a new airbill either. That door swings both ways, nobody is perfect. We all work as a team, and when it's a good company that chooses you #1, it's sometimes good to accommodate. Again, these are very few and far between.
