crazy person, but our society is geared that way now because of the ads from PI attorneys. Frankly, IMO, we're all paying for it too--higher insurance premiums, etc. Every auto accident because a lawsuit now. I know my auto insurance premiums reflect that.
I'm not an attorney, but again, IMO, unless there was negligence on the part of the homeowner, I wouldn't consider a lawsuit.
