SOOOO why you still here??...After the post yesterday you were gone, and now telling others to stay away, but you didn't leave yourself posting and find it disingenuous.
Thousands of newbies on FB, and are very welcoming there, but WE ARE HERE, not on FB.
If you want to learn from seasoned professionals, this is the place to be. We help a ton of new notaries with sound advice, but they need to do the work.
Most of us have busy careers and other things going on than to mentor newbies for free and do it in a way where there are no privacy laws broken.
That in itself is a Full time job and many make sound careers doing that...Carol Ray for example. That is where they need to go and be mentored the proper way, no one here will hand anyone our dossier of clientele we worked years to build up.
We also do not take $65.00 closings as an educational experience and practice to learn on the job. It's just wrong. Go elsewhere for information, you will hear all that nonsense, but not here.
IMO this is the best place for newbies to read, educate and learn from our experiences, not from other newbies on FB all in the same boat.
