Hey, glad your back! 
We cannot help them with what they want from us. What to charge? Can I tag along and watch? Who's your best companies? Why didn't I hear back from my SS to tell me my package was okay and error free?
Their expectations of help are not that we can give them, and none of us train our local competition. We are independents and work hard for our companies not to give our playbook away to a newbie who needs to earn it as we all had to.
This forum offers a ton of insightful information and issues that arise at a closing. We steer them in the right direction of reading the forum, vetting their companies, learning how to use Signing Central, and read the reviews, not just the stars but actual comments.
Other than that, FB is the place maybe they should go all else newbies central. We are more a seasoned group here who love to help when we can and problem solves, but cannot do what they want us to do, give them a thriving business from the get-go. |
