In your area $90 may be "pretty good", but with $6+/gal gas and other cost of living issues (and not just here these days), I for one wouldn't accept one for that little. Plus, sellers frequently want to scrutinize the docs carefully and read a lot of it.
As costs go up, it may be time for everyone to do another cost/fee evaluation to see what profit margins are looking like - and to make sure you even have a profit margin! |
