Jane S. Doe VS Jane Susan Doe

I was really swamped today and missed a very common signing error. I just realized that my NBS signed "Jane Susan Doe" when she should have signed "Jane S. Doe" :-(
Do I REALLY have to go back?! Will a loose ack fix it?
ID is fine.
