They didn't say... but I'm also very curious. It was the last page of the mortgage "page 21 of 21", that only contained the notarial certificate, my sig, and stamp. I can't imagine how they damaged ONLY that page, it was in the middle of the 120~ page package. And somehow that's the ONLY page that was "damaged?" Very weird...
