Just needs a (duplicate) replacement. I don't believe notary Or title is "sending another loose certificate" since it's numbered w/other mortgage pp; however, what VT says about if the original certificate page is detached could void the notarization . . . Only one's HB can say for sure if a notarization can be taken back (I mean if I lose my ring and/or papers I AM still married; or the divorce better still be final if the decree gets destroyed!)
But the TC's use of the term "acknowledgment" threw me off some, too
