I will ask rhetorical questions on this one. Should the title or signing service companies make sure that it is itemizing Signing Services instead of notary services? Should we itemized notary services on our invoice or should it be just Signing Services? I posted long ago what I put on my invoices. I was also a real estate licensee most of the years I performed signing services.
And title companies or title agencies that have gone out of business? , hard to recover anything there.
