A US Visa might be applied to a page in a passport from China, and might have "FNU" in the given name field. If "FNU" appears in the given name on the Chinese passport's main identity page (and there is no US visa, or you decide that's not the ID you're going to rely on) then you would need to apply what you know about how China writes names in passports.
If the person has been investing in real estate for some time using "FNU" as a first name, then I suppose that has become an alias for the person. |
